The tribute to the Amalfi Coast’s sfusato lemon at the Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel is set for the first Saturday of summer 2024, on June 22nd. Starting at 7:30 PM, the event promises a unique evening filled with fun and music.

Renowned chef Gino Sorbillo will host a show cooking session, showcasing the secrets of pizza making. For two years, the hotel has been collaborating with Sorbillo to operate an in-house pizzeria. Guests of the evening will have the opportunity to witness the art of pizza making firsthand.

This event is a journey through the flavours and colours of the Amalfi Coast, open to both hotel guests and external visitors. The evening takes on a glamorous touch with a dress code that requires a hint of yellow. Guests are invited to wear the golden hue of the Amalfi Coast to fully embrace the tribute.

The venues hosting the Yellow Night are of exceptional charm. The Anantara Convento di Amalfi Grand Hotel, a former monastery dating back to the 13th century, is perched on the rock 80 meters above the sea. The hotel features a series of historical and architectural jewels, such as the 13th-century cloister and terraces overlooking the Amalfi panorama, including the Passeggiata dei Cappuccini.
